RiderNet Step-By-Step Guide
RiderNet is where you register club membership, manage licences / Trail Pass, and enter Vinduro events. It is separate from this website’s login.
1. Create or open your RiderNet profile
- Go to ridernet.com.au.
- If you already have a member number, log in. First time this season? Use Forgot Password if needed.
- New to RiderNet? Use Sign-up / HERE on the login page to create a profile.
2. Join the club (membership)
Required before (or with) entering events for the season.
- Open your profile -> Club membership -> Add new.
- Search for Vinduro.
- Select Vintage Enduro Club of WA / Vinduro WA, add the club, and pay.
- You are then a senior member for the season and can enter our events on RiderNet.
Juniors need their own RiderNet profile. Fees are listed on the Membership page (annual ~$70, one-event ~$20). Paper form is still available under Join Us / Documents if you prefer not to pay by card.
3. Trail Pass / recreational licence (for riding)
Entrants usually need the relevant Ride Pass / Trail Pass on RiderNet (including officials in some cases). The printable PDF shows screenshots of the full flow.
- Log in -> open My Licences -> More / Add licence.
- Choose Riding licence -> Recreational licence -> Trail Pass (or the option listed for that event).
- Confirm your details, upload photo ID if asked, accept declarations, and pay.
- When selecting an event for the pass, set state to WA, search vinduro, and pick the correct Vinduro event.
4. Enter the event on RiderNet
- On RiderNet, open Events and find the Vinduro event (or follow the entry link when the club publishes it).
- Complete entry and any required passes before the weekend where possible.
- Check the next event page for venue, camping, and who can ride.
Quick checklist
- RiderNet profile (including juniors)
- Club membership for Vinduro WA
- Trail Pass / Ride Pass as required for the event
- Event entry completed on RiderNet

Stuck on RiderNet? Contact the club, or ask at the next event. Website tools (Market, photos, Lineup) use a separate site account - that is not club membership.
