Held Sunday 25 November 2018 2pm.  All financial members are asked to attend, if unable to attend proxy forms and nomination forms are attached.  Also any interested parties who wish to sit it, but have no voting rights.

Business

To receive the Presidents report – Financial Report

 

The Following general committee positions will become available should an interested party wish to nominate.  All financial member (2018) are eligible to nominate.  All current committee members are eligible for re-election.

 

President:  Responsible to the members for the day to day running of the club.

Vice President:  Assists the president

Secretary/Membership Secretary:  Responsible for the club memberships.  Responsible for event sign on.

Treasurer: Responsible for the financial account of the club

Committee Member/Equipment manager, responsible for the club equipment and ensuring the equipment is at each event

Committee Member/Track Master.  Responsible for the set up and marking of loops.  Liaising with land owners, arranging teams of markers to ensure all events are correctly marked

Committee Member/Sponsorship, responsible for club merchandise and sponsorship and other duties

 

All designated committee positions do not have to actually attend each event.   They are to ensure that their position is filled by another club member for the event

 

All above-mentioned positions will be vacant, if you believe you are able to contribute please nominate; all position will be for a term of one year.

 

 

Proxy/Nomination votes will be accepted

 

To transact any other business of which due notice has been received.
