WOKALUP VINDURO AND AGM

4-5 November

Please confirm if you are coming to the AGM so we can get an idea of numbers for catering.

Location:  643 Mornington Rd, Mornington WA 6221

From Perth (153km) . Bunbury (46.3kms).  From Albany (316kms).

Bikes: Any bike manufactured pre-January 1st 1995. Bikes do not need to be registered.  The only modern bikes will be those used by Vinduro Club officials. Please check if you are in any doubt.  Ladies and over 65 competitors may ride pre 2005 electric start bikes.  Juniors may ride any era bike.

Juniors:  Must be accompanied by an adult whilst on the loop.

Entry:  at the event Price is for the Weekend. Ride Saturday and Sunday.

Entry fee $55.00 Seniors $25.00 Juniors accompanied by a fee paying adult. All entrants must be Vinduro Club Members.

$20.00 Weekend Membership ( Single use only ) you must become a member at the next event you enter

The only people allowed on the loop before 1.00pm Saturday are the designated track markers and officials.

Sign on from 11.00pm Saturday and 8am Sunday. You can sign on any time after the aforementioned times. Riders must wear correct safety gear. Riders brief at 1pm(Sat) and 8am(Sun), safety brief to be given to all riders who turn up at other times

You can ride Saturday or Sunday or both days, it is your decision, for the one price.

Loop is Approx 10-15kms, undulating loamy soil with creeks.

Saturday: The loop will be open from approximately 1.15 pm, last rider out at 4.15. pm. Pre 1995 bikes only

ONLY FULLY PAID UP CLUB MEMBERS MAY TAKE PART IN THE PROCEEDINGS. VOTING ETC.

There will be a presentation of club trophies. Followed by Gravy rolls a few cleansing ales plus soft drinks supplied by the club. We will finish the evening around the camp fire.

Sunday: The loop will be opened from approximately 8.30am last rider out will be approximately 2.00 pm

Camping is available at the site from friday night. Please let us know if you intend camping on Friday night. There will be Portable toilets. Bring your own Water. The campfire will only be lit in one designated area. Please ensure you keep your area clean.

Free weekend memberhip for VMX and Classic club members. All other participants to pay $10.00 weekend membership.

THIS IS A NON-COMPETITIVE EVENT

Location:  Daniels Rd Greenbushes

Approximately 2:45 hour south of Perth, to Greenbushes from Perth.  As shown on the Map below travel via Southwest Highway turn right at Forest Park Ave travel about 2.2kms and turn left on to Daniels Rd approx 3.1kms you will need to do a left u turn and travel down a hill.    The major turn off at the highway and on to Daniels Rd should be sign posted if not look for the club arrows after you turn off from the highway.

Camping is available at the site. There will be Portable toilets. Bring your own Water.   BBQ available, a campfire(bonfire) will only be lit in one designated area. Please ensure you keep your area clean.

All motorcycles are to be self-scrutineered by the rider entering the event.

All correct safety riding gear must be worn by all riders.

Core Event:

The track will be run in the reverse of the Black diamond event, and the Motocross track may be used as part of the track.

A NON-COMPETITIVE Vinduro, (trail ride). 

Sign on: from 12.00pm Saturday and 8.00 am Sunday. You can sign on any time after the aforementioned times. Riders must wear correct safety gear.

One event membership $10.00 available to non-club members

A non-competitive waiver must be completed and signed for every rider.

Under 16 riders must be supervised at all times.

Saturday:

15 km loop. rough natural terrain.

Loop opens at 1.30pm.  Closes approx 4.30pm, no riding after 4.30pm

Sunday ;

Sign on from 7.30am

Rider’s meeting 08.30am Track open at approximatly 8.45 finish will be approximatly 3.00 pm. However the time may vary

From Wickepin follow the Wickepin Corrigin Rd 8km turn right onto Kirk Rock Rd, 9kms turn left into the property.  Should Have signs out.

Camping; Friday and Saturday night. Please let us know if you intend to camp on Friday night.

Event: Saturday and Sunday. Vinduro ( Signed trail ride ) this is a wheat belt property with a mix of wide open paddock, river beds, flowing streams, twisting bush trails, salt marsh and canola fields. The track will be approximately 10 kms. wild and fast. Bring your WD to spray over you bike on Saturday night
