Plus one event licence ($30.00) if required
Free One event membership if required
Parents/Guardian must ride the loop if their junior is riding

Directions to Hillman Park from Williams (Perth)
If travelling from Perth then these instructions are for you, once you arrive in Williams:
Turn right onto Pinjarra-Williams Rd (signs for Darkan/Collie/Pinjarra), travel 5.9 km. Turn left onto Williams-Darkan Rd travel 22.0 km. Turn left onto Dardadine Rd West, travel 5.1 km. Turn right onto Hillman Dardadine Rd, travel 2.9 km. Turn right Restricted usage road 1.0 km (signed)

Directions from Collie
From Collie follow the Coalfields Highway (main street) travel approx. 78km, through Darkan. 4.5km through Darkan turn left onto Hillman Rd travel 5.8km entrance on left.

Directions from Athur River
Turn onto Coalfields highway, travel approx. 36km turn right onto Hillman Rd, 5.8km entrance on Left

Sequence of Events

Saturday:
Setup of track. Sign on from 12 midday with the loop opening at approx. 1.30pm

BBQ
There is a BBQ available so bring your steak or snags etc
The Only fire if there is one will be in the facilities, no other campfires
Sunday
Sign on 8am riders brief 8.30am all approx. times
Sunday: The loop will be opened from 9am until last rider out 2.30pm. All riders must be signed out and in to ensure all riders are accounted for. Remember you are all needed to help clean up

First response by qualified club first aiders, ensure you sign on
Ambulance: phone 000.
