To receive the Presidents report – Financial Report

The Following general committee positions will become available should an interested party wish to nominate.  All financial member (2015) are eligible to nominate.  All current committee members are eligible for re-election.

  • Secretary/Membership Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Committee Member
  • Committee Member
  • Committee Member
  • Committee Member

All above-mentioned positions will be vacant, if you believe you are able to contribute please nominate; all position will be for a term of one year.

Proxy/Nomination votes will be accepted

  1. To transact any other business of which due notice has been received.

Please ensure items to be tabled are submitted ASAP prior to the AGM taking place.
